Historically, most church staff function under the mantra: “We do, you help” as they seek to recruit volunteers. At Waypoint, our focus is on equipping people, so our attitude is “You do, we help.” In other words, “GO and BE.”

Opportunities within Waypoint to get involved and participate are intentionally focused on giving you a space to figure out how you can use your faith in our city and in the world. We can go a Sunday without donuts, but our culture desperately needs to see the church walking out its mission Monday through Saturday.
